You have to keep carrying the fire.
I am very happy because I have started writing a new song that came about after watching The Road a few nights ago. Sometimes all it takes is a great movie and a nice cup of tea for 5 months of writers block to be lifted. Thank you, Cormac McCarthy and John Hillcoat. <3
Mama and I found some old photographs of my grandparents. I am amazed at how beautifully they are taken and saddened at the thought that our generation and our children’s and grandchildren’s generation will never get to look at photographs with such charm. Whilst I am definitely thankful for technology I am disappointed that it often seems to replace things that should be left alone!...
